Triangular Box
Triangular rigid boxes are constructed from chipboard or rigid paperboard, die-cut and scored into three panels that form a triangular prism. The geometry means edges carry more load than flat panels, so board thickness and seam reinforcement need careful attention. Panel width is calculated based on how the product sits inside the triangle, and fold tension must be tuned so the angles stay sharp after handling. The exterior is wrapped in paper with standard rigid box finishing.
Triangular boxes stand out visually because of their unusual footprint, making them effective for retail display and promotional packaging.
