Spray Bottle
The Spray Bottle consists of a PET or HDPE bottle body paired with either a trigger sprayer or a fine mist pump closure. Trigger sprayers use a pre-compression pump system and an internal chamber to atomize liquid into a spray, stream, or foam pattern, depending on nozzle setting. Fine mist sprayers deliver a finer, more uniform mist (around 0.16 ml per stroke) suited for personal care and cosmetic applications. Both types use a dip tube to draw product from the bottom of the bottle. Neck finishes (like 28-400) must match between bottle and sprayer.
Spray bottles are used for surface cleaners, glass cleaners, hair care products, facial toners, body sprays, cooking oil misters, garden products, and auto care products.
