Snap Bottom RSC
The Snap Bottom RSC combines standard RSC top flaps with a specially die-cut bottom that locks into place through a fold-and-snap mechanism. The bottom has four panels that fold in a specific sequence: the largest panel goes first, then the two side panels, and finally the last panel snaps into a slot created by the others when pressure is applied near the center. No tape, glue, or staples are needed to secure the bottom.
Also called a 1-2-3 bottom box, this style is popular in retail packaging and hand-pack fulfillment operations where fast setup matters but automated erecting equipment isn't available.
