Folding Carton
Sleeve/Slipcase
A Sleeve (or Slipcase) is an open-ended tube of paperboard that slides over a product or inner container. It has no tuck flaps or closures. The fit relies on friction between the sleeve walls and whatever is inside. It's die-cut from a single sheet, folded, and glued along one seam. Some versions include a tuck-in bottom flap, making them closed on 5 sides and open on 1.
Sleeves are common in frozen food packaging (printed sleeve over an unprinted tray), multi-packs, and anywhere you need branding and product info without a full carton.
