Corrugated Box
Self-Erecting Box
The Self-Erecting Box is a die-cut, one-piece corrugated box with pre-glued bottom flaps that interlock automatically when the flat blank is pulled open. Two pairs of adjacent bottom flaps are folded inward and glued to each other during manufacturing. When the user opens the collapsed blank, the bottom panels slide together and lock into position. The top typically closes with standard RSC flaps or a tuck-top design.
Self-erecting boxes are built for speed on manual packing lines.
