Roll-On Bottle
The Roll-On Bottle consists of three components: an HDPE bottle body, a PP roller ball that snaps into the neck, and a PP overcap. The roller ball (usually frosted PP) sits in the bottle opening and rotates freely to pick up and distribute liquid evenly across the skin on contact. Once snapped into place, the ball stays permanently seated, creating a controlled-flow dispensing system. The bottle body is typically white HDPE, which provides chemical resistance and UV protection.
Roll-On Bottles are primarily used for deodorants and antiperspirants, but they're also common for essential oil blends, topical pain relief, bug repellent, and skincare serums.
