Quad-Seal Pouch (Box Pouch)
Quad-seal pouches are formed from two separate rolls of film: one for the front and back panels, and one for the two side gusset panels. The four vertical seals at each corner create a rectangular cross-section when filled, giving the pouch a box-like profile with five distinct printable surfaces. A fold-over bottom provides a flat, stable base.
The five-panel layout gives brands significantly more print real estate than standard stand-up pouches.
