Rigid Box
Magnetic Closure Box
Magnetic closure boxes are built from 1200gsm to 2000gsm greyboard wrapped in printed or specialty paper. Small neodymium magnets (typically four total, two in the lid flap and two in the base front wall) are embedded into the board before the wrap is applied, so they're completely hidden. The magnets align automatically and snap the lid shut with a firm, satisfying close. The rigid construction holds its shape permanently, so the magnetic alignment stays consistent over repeated use.
This format is available in several configurations: flip-top (hinged lid with front flap), two-piece (separate lid and base), and collapsible (ships flat, assembles without tools).
