Honeycomb Paper Wrap
Honeycomb paper wrap is a double-layer kraft paper web die-cut with a pattern that, when stretched, opens into a three-dimensional hexagonal structure. The expanded mesh creates air pockets that absorb impact energy, functioning as void fill and protective wrap for fragile items. It is made from renewable, recyclable paper and can replace plastic bubble wrap and foam peanuts in most applications.
Honeycomb wrap is used by e-commerce brands replacing plastic void fill with eco-friendly alternatives, and by premium brands where the wrap itself reflects their sustainability commitment. It is particularly effective for glass, ceramics, fragile cosmetics, and irregularly shaped items where a conforming wrap is more effective than a rigid insert.
