Foamer Bottle
The Foamer Bottle pairs a PET or HDPE bottle with a specialized pump that has an internal mixing chamber and a fine mesh screen (typically 79 microns). When the pump is pressed, it draws a small amount of diluted liquid and forces it through the mesh along with air, producing a rich, ready-to-use foam. The neck finish is wider than standard pumps (usually 40mm or 43mm) to accommodate the foaming chamber. The pump components are made from PP for chemical resistance and durability, tested to last up to 12,000 pumps per unit.
Foamer Bottles work best with low-viscosity, water-based formulas that contain enough surfactant to produce stable foam.
