Flip Top Box
The flip top box is a single-piece rigid box where the lid is hinged at the rear and flips upward to reveal the contents. It's built from 60pt to 80pt rigid board wrapped in paper, with the hinge formed during the wrapping process. When closed, the lid sits flush with the body, creating a clean, minimalist profile. Magnetic closures are commonly embedded in the front flap and base wall to keep the lid securely shut.
The flip top format is practical for products that need quick, repeated access, since users can open and close the box with one hand without removing a separate lid.
