Corrugated Box
Die-Cut Mailer
A Die-Cut Mailer is a corrugated box produced using a custom steel cutting die that stamps out the blank in a single operation. The die cuts, creases, and scores the board simultaneously, creating panels, tabs, flaps, and locking mechanisms that fit together precisely. Unlike standard slotted boxes that are made to general proportions, die-cut mailers are engineered to exact product dimensions.
The precision fit means less void space inside the box, reducing the need for fill material and lowering dimensional weight shipping costs.
