Child-Resistant Pouch
Child-resistant pouches use specialized zipper systems (push-and-turn, slide-to-unlock, or squeeze-and-pull mechanisms) that require two-handed dexterity to open. The closure is designed to be easy for adults but difficult for children under five. These pouches are lab-tested and certified against ASTM D3475 (Standard Classification of Child-Resistant Packages) and CPSC 16 CFR 1700 (Poison Prevention Packaging Act) standards.
These pouches are required for cannabis products in most regulated markets, and they're also used for pharmaceuticals, household chemicals, nicotine products, laundry pods, and any product that poses an ingestion hazard to children.
