Airless Pump Bottle
The Airless Pump Bottle uses a vacuum mechanism instead of a traditional dip tube. Inside the bottle, a piston or diaphragm sits at the base and rises as product is dispensed, creating negative pressure that pushes the formula toward the pump head. A small hole in the base cap allows air behind the piston to power the vacuum effect. This sealed system prevents air from contacting the product at any point during use. Most airless bottles are made from PP, with some designs incorporating PETG or acrylic outer shells for a premium look.
This bottle is ideal for serums, retinol treatments, vitamin C formulas, peptide creams, and other oxygen-sensitive skincare products.
